Here is an easy WELD-IN conversion to convert to a Brembo rear caliper using a stock FLHR bracket and caliper.

Kit includes Tab, triangle brace and 25mm to 3/4" axle reducer and inner spacer and an added rubber bumper.

Remember these brackets are for 11.8" rotors so replace that old rotor and get a center ring spacer when ordering a new rotor.
